Shipping Policy:
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–72 hours.
Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days within Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka.
Before dispatch, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged. Customers are requested to check the package condition at the time of delivery.

Delivery Charges:
   •   Inside Dhaka: ৳80
   •   Outside Dhaka: ৳130
(Charges may vary based on location and order weight.)

Return & Exchange Policy:
We value our customers and aim for 100% satisfaction. Products may be returned after checking the product in front of the delivery man but in according the following conditions:
   •   Wrong product or size delivered.
   •   Product is damaged or defective (must provide photo/video proof upon delivery).
   •   Used, washed, or tag-removed items will not be accepted for return/exchange.
